About us
Hi, we’re One Grand Home—artists, environmental advocates, and Evanston residents who bonded over organizing our small spaces. We’ll clean your closet, create a storage system for your cupboard, or get your entire home staged and ready to sell: 1,000 square feet at time.

Our Process
-
A 1-hour in person intake meeting. We come to you for a walkthrough of the space you want to declutter. We'll take the time to understand your needs and how you envision using the space. Together, we'll define the project's scope, budget and timeline.
-
We create a rough sketch/blueprint of the new system. Based on your budget and project scope, we recommend any products to support the system if needed.
-
We do the heavy lifting and put the system in place for you. We typically give clients homework before we come to decide what stays, and what goes.
-
After we’re done, we ask you to live with your new system for at least 1 month before making any adjustments. We’ll do a final check-in and help refine your system and make iterations as needed.
